Staff and Quality Control Checks

Par Excellence can offer site visits in person or as a mystery guest to check your staff and services are up to standard. We can then compile a full report, including recommendations and ideas on how to improve the service within your company and whether your staff need extra training. We can then conduct the training needed, be it customer service, practical service training, chef responsibilities or room setup.
