Villa Chef

We are looking to employ an exceptional chef, who wants to take their career to the next level!

This is a very demanding but extremely rewarding role with full responsibility for the catering service in your allocated luxury villa. The emphasis in this role is the ability to draw on your own impressive experience and creativity to design and deliver a luxury villa catering service of the highest possible standard

Main Responsibilities

· Menu design and planning

· Placing of food orders

· Preparation and service of breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on the client’s needs and requirements.

· Catering for all guests special dietary requirements

· Catering for all requests for special occasions

· Food hygiene and general health and safety in the kitchen and dining areas

· Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and presentable

· Assisting with the maintenance of all kitchen facilities and equipment

· Planning and preparation of staff meals

For this role we are looking for the following experience and personal qualities.

· previous 4/5 star hospitality experience

· previous general management skills

· positive and flexible attitude

· highly professional with a 5 star service mentality

· proactive

· great attention to detail

· team player

· full clean driving licence

· intermediate French (preferred)
